developer wanted for search engine

I would like to hire a developer to make my search engine. The name I have for it right now would be "www.Raptorfinder.com". I think that this name is unique, catchy, funny, and memorable. I really only want to do something basic, because there is no way that I have the funds to compete with google, yahoo. etc. I would like for the landing page or main page to be something that is eye catching. Like bright colors, unique designs, something that makes people feel like they are in jurrassic park while they are sitting at their computer/laptop,Ipad, tablet, Iphone, android. that sort of thing. I want to be able to search for anything on the internet. This is for the consumer, but I would rather have them be able to find what they are looking for, rather than make a search engine that looks successful, but isn't. If we can add social media sight links to it, that would be nice, if not, that is no big deal. I am only wanting to build something basic and build it up over time. My goal is to use money from clicks that my site receives and reinvest it back into my search engine. I really do not know too much about search engines, but I would like to give it a shot and see if I can make this one into a success. I do not have anything for this search engine, other than the name that I mentioned at the starting of this posting ( www.Raptorfinder.com). Also, I thought that it would be cool if when someone presses search. The search engine will make a noise like a Velociraptor would make to give them a little jolt of excitment. Please remember that I would like something that is simple for consumers to use, but has a uniqness to it that they can not forget.
