I need a TOP-OF-THE-LINE website and app
This is like eCommerce: where we list products and services, and people register in multiple membership packages to get them
They must be available in multiple languages and multiple "copies": let me explain: one "copy" of the website and app will include certain categories of products, while the second copy will include a different category, and the third copy, and so on
Important: I DO NOT list these products manually. Here is the listings get uploaded to the platform: you must use AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the backend that will search the entire worldwide web (NOT one website in particular), search for these products and services, and list them into the website
When any of these listings expires (many of them have deadlines), they must be moved, automatically, to the "Expired" section
A sophisticated search process must be there
Of course, there must be an admin, CMS, and "the whole thing"
The apps must be native
Payments and refunds: must be able to accept ALL kinds of payment platforms; cards, bank account, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ... etc.
You must use THE BEST coding and language technology
In short: it must be TOP-NOTCH
You must do the design and development: I do not have ANYTHING; and you must take care of everything: the registration of any AI platforms, uploading the apps to the apps stores, APIs, ... etc.
Payment:
I pay one amount at the end of each website copy, and at the end of each app version. I pay NOTHING before a fully functional website or app is done
