E-commerce Website Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a prototype for an e-commerce website, the website is only prototype for a course and it should not be linked with other parties. The expectation is to have a page connected to each other ( For example, the login page there will be user and password and when I click login it will direct to the next page. It is only demonstration of the below features.

To establish a one-hub website that will combine and integrate all stakeholders (insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients), which will enable the following:
- It allows the user to log the insurance information one time, and it will create only one profile across all providers.
- It will allow a dynamic integration between the insurance companies and the healthcare providers.
- It will allow the user to view all available appointments across multiple providers in the region.
- It will allow the user to walk to view the nearest walk-in appointments and will allow the user to line up utilizing the website, which will reduce the waiting time.
- During emergencies that do not require an ambulance, the user can line up in the emergency room, which will reduce the waiting time and will ensure smooth operation in the ER.
- The user can review the facility, the doctor, and the insurance after each visit. Additionally, the user can view the ratings of others to ensure transparency.
- The user can view the remaining balance of each category from the insurance, and the user will receive a notification of any category that will reach its limit.
- The website will also integrate the home services clinics to ensure providing the best service.
- The user will receive frequent reminders to perform the routine checkups and any other required checkups.
- There will be customer online support, where the customer can communicate with the support team to book an appointment or to have an advanced assistant.
- AI will be implemented in the application to support the user in reading the results, medical advice, etc.
- The website will be integrated with all medical providers to provide online clinics to attend to the customer needs.
