build a Shopify store to drive sales

My new online shop will feature baby and children’s essentials, party supplies, baking supplies, and home products. Shopify is already chosen as the platform; what I need now is a complete, conversion-focused store that feels colourful and playful without sacrificing ease of use.

The site must guide parents and party planners smoothly from discovery to checkout, so every layout decision should support my primary goal: increasing sales. That means quick-loading pages, clear calls to action, mobile-first responsiveness, and smart upsell or cross-sell prompts built in from day one.

Deliverables
• Theme selection and customisation to match a bright, energetic look
• Intuitive navigation with dedicated sections for Baby, Kids, Party, and Home items
• Product upload and image optimisation (I’ll supply photos and copy)
• Payment gateway, shipping zones, and tax settings fully configured
• Integration of at least one email capture and abandoned-cart app
• Basic on-page SEO, meta data, and alt tags
• End-to-end testing so the store is ready to take live orders

Once the build is complete and everything is tested, someone else will handle the marketing campaigns—so a short walkthrough or hand-off document explaining key settings would be appreciated. I am trying to make it relatively attractive but simple.
