I’m launching an online counseling service and need a clean, secure website that lets clients meet me face-to-face over Zoom. The site’s core purpose is simple: visitors should be able to choose an available slot, confirm their booking, then receive an automatic Zoom link for the session—everything handled in as few clicks as possible.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• A public landing page that explains my approach and invites people to book.
• An appointment-scheduling flow where clients pick a date/time, enter basic details, and pay (if you recommend a payment plug-in, great). Once confirmed, the system must generate the unique Zoom meeting, add it to my calendar, and email reminders to both sides.
• A modest admin area so I can adjust my availability, see upcoming sessions, and export client data.
