Zillow-Style RWA Trading MVP

I need an internal-use MVP that feels as intuitive as Zillow but geared toward real-world-asset trading. An investor should be able to browse properties, connect their wallet, and either purchase fractions or buy the entire asset outright. No public launch is planned yet, but the codebase must be clean and modular so we can later bolt on additional roles (property owners, broader “sell” flows) and an AI assistant that recommends deals.

Scope highlights
• Roles: Investor and Admin only for this pilot.
• Auth: wallet connection is mandatory—no email, no social logins.
• Core flows: property discovery, fractional purchase, full acquisition—including order creation, settlement, and status tracking.
• Admin console: listings CRUD, lifecycle oversight, and basic analytics.
• Architecture: lightweight backend, clear API, and straightforward DB schema so scaling or integrating smart contracts later is painless.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional web app (front-end + back-end) deployable to a single cloud instance.
2. Investor flow screens mirroring a Zillow-grade UX.
3. Admin dashboard with access-controlled endpoints.
4. Transaction lifecycle logic wired to the wallet connection.
5. Setup docs and brief technical hand-off video.

Acceptance criteria
• Investor can complete a fractional or full purchase from wallet connect to confirmation with test funds.
• Admin can create/edit properties and view all transaction states in real time.
• Codebase passes linting/tests and runs via one-command deployment (Docker or similar).
• Clear placeholder hooks for future AI recommendation module.
