YouTube-Style Video Platform Development

I need a complete mobile and web application that reproduces the essential experience of YouTube. At its core the product must let users upload videos, stream them smoothly in different resolutions, subscribe to their favorite channels, and receive the same familiar interactions—Commenting on videos, Liking/disliking videos, and Sharing videos. Downloading a clip straight into the phone memory should also be supported for offline viewing.

All accounts will be created through a simple Email sign-up/login flow, so the authentication layer must include secure registration, password reset, and basic profile management. On the business side I want a built-in Monetization engine (ad-slots or other revenue hooks) as well as a workflow for copyright authorization or seeking permission whenever someone tries to use another creator’s video.
