YouTube-Style Streaming Platform Build
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m planning to launch an entertainment-focused video site that feels as fluid and intuitive as YouTube. The core build must cover:
• Secure user registration/login
• High-quality video upload, adaptive streaming, and playback
• Like, comment, and subscribe interactions
• Keyword and channel-based search
• A role-based admin panel for content and user management
Performance matters; the app has to stay snappy on desktop and mobile, handle spikes in traffic, and scale cleanly. I’m open to a React or Vue front-end paired with either Node.js or Django on the back—whichever stack you can use to deliver a responsive, SEO-friendly SPA with efficient REST or GraphQL APIs.
Please show relevant experience delivering similar media platforms, include a link to your portfolio, and give a realistic timeline with cost milestones. I’ll review code architecture notes, UI/UX samples, and any streaming or CDN solutions you have already implemented.
If everything looks aligned, we’ll move quickly into design wireframes, MVP build, then staged feature roll-outs.
