Yacht chartering Booking Website Build

The site should make it effortless for visitors to reserve a time slot, pay, and receive confirmations—no account creation or log-in screens at any stage. A clean booking widget shows real-time availability, syncs to my Google Calendar, and automatically sends e-mail reminders before each appointment. Stripe or PayPal must handle the checkout so the payment happens inside the same flow.

Behind the scenes I still need an admin dashboard where I can:

• adjust business hours, blackout dates, and appointment lengths
• view, edit, or cancel reservations in a calendar view and as a CSV export
• trigger manual reminders when needed

Pages outside the booking flow are minimal: a home page, an about/service overview, and a contact section. The whole site has to be mobile-responsive and SEO-friendly.

You’re free to build in WordPress (Bookly, Amelia, or similar), a Laravel/React stack, or any framework you prefer—just keep the interface intuitive for both me and my clients. Once everything is live, I’ll need a quick hand-off session or short video so I can manage slots and settings on my own.

Acceptance criteria:
• End-to-end booking with successful payment in both test and live modes
• Instant calendar sync and confirmation e-mails
• Automated reminder arrives 24 h before the appointment
• No registration step for clients
