I need my existing XPERTUS desktop application, currently written in Java, rebuilt as a browser-based solution. Every feature available on the desktop—data entry, processing, reporting, user authentication and role management—must work the same (or better) online, with a clean, responsive interface that runs smoothly on modern browsers.
