Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I run a WordPress-based doctor appointment site that already handles content and basic contact forms. I now need it to handle real, slot-based bookings. The sole focus of this mini-upgrade is a robust online booking system with appointment scheduling no email automation or payment gateway at this stage.
Here is what I need you to deliver:
• A front-end calendar where patients can pick an available slot and submit their details.
• An easy back-end interface where each doctor (or an admin acting on their behalf) can set, edit, or block off time slots.
• Seamless integration with our current theme and plugins; I want zero visual disruption.
• Clean, well-commented code or a reputable plugin solution (Bookly, Amelia, or a custom build whichever gets the job done efficiently).
• Mobile-friendly performance and loading speed in line with the rest of the site.
I will provide full admin access and staging credentials. Once the scheduling feature is live on staging and passes a quick functionality walkthrough slot creation, patient booking, time-zone handling, and admin override I’ll green-light the production push.
