Wordpress Site Revamp Needed

I'm looking for a skilled WordPress developer to update my website.

Required changes include:
- create a page with a search tool
- Create a new blog page
- Edit an existing form ( our current form input is not connected to our quiz)
-input all quizzes need to go to our sales force account as a lead

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in WordPress
- Strong design sense
- Experience with form editing and site functionality enhancement
