WordPress Website Rebuild & Speed Optimization for Dental Practice

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer/designer to completely rebuild our current slow, clunky marketing website (built on FunnelPages) and migrate it entirely into a high-converting, lightning-fast WordPress site. All text copy, clinical photos, and branding assets are ready and will be provided from our existing site.
Your main job is format migration, UI/UX enhancement, layout restructuring, speed optimization, and technical setup.
Key Deliverables: Rebuild the website on WordPress with a strict focus on page-loading speed (all images compressed, zero laggy lazy-loading or text animations).Apply a Mobile-First UX design, as over 80% of our traffic comes from mobile Google Ads. Consolidate current messy pages into a clean, 9-page architecture (Home, About, and 6 dedicated Service Pages to be used as Google Ads landing pages).
Seamlessly integrate our Calendly online booking widget (both inline embed and a sticky floating button on mobile). Note: We have full admin ownership of the Calendly account. Successfully configure GA4 and Google Ads Conversion Tracking Codes for clicks on the phone number and successful Calendly form completions.
Transfer our existing domain to the new site with zero downtime for our active ad campaigns.
Project Workflow Requirement (CRITICAL):The new WordPress site must be fully built and tested on a hidden 'Staging Site' first. Please do NOT touch or disturb our current live website or its hosting setup during the production stage.
We will only switch over once everything is 100% ready, and after we personally approve the performance on the staging site.
Requirements for Applicants: Proven track record in WordPress speed optimization (please provide Google PageSpeed Insights examples).Previous experience building dental/medical websites is highly preferred.
