WordPress Telecom Site Cleanup

My telecom company’s WordPress site needs a tidy-up so it can start working for us instead of the other way around. There are three priorities:

1. Contact page reliability
– Every form submission must trigger an automated, well-formatted confirmation email to the visitor and land in our chosen inbox without fail. Right now messages occasionally disappear, so I need the underlying mailer plugin checked, SPF/DKIM alignment verified, and any other quick wins you spot.

2. Client payment page
– I want a straightforward, secure credit-card checkout inside our domain (Stripe or a similarly trusted gateway is fine). It only needs to take one-off payments for now, but please build it so recurring billing could be added later without a rebuild. A clean “Paid / Failed” status that feeds back to us via email is essential.

3. Site-wide recommendations
– Give me an actionable mini-audit focused on content and SEO improvements. I’m also interested in adding a simple chatbot, so point me toward a sensible plugin or lightweight script and note any impact on page load. I’m open to other quick wins you see, but don’t feel obliged to reinvent the design or chase micro-seconds of speed unless you think it’s critical.

Deliverables
• Fixed contact form with automated responses tested and working
• New payment page accepting credit cards in live mode
• Brief report (bullet points are fine) covering content/SEO tweaks and how to slot in a chatbot
