I am reaching out because I am currently building an agency specialized in creating websites for interior renovation contractors in the French and Belgian markets.
I manage the entire client acquisition process, business relationships, and project scoping. I am looking for a reliable freelance developer to collaborate with on website production, following a simple, structured, and repeatable workflow.
We operate within specific niches, which allows us to work with very clear briefs that are often based on the same framework. The goal is to build a smooth collaboration with minimal back-and-forth and projects that can be executed efficiently.
We are therefore looking for a freelance web developer with the intention of establishing a long-term partnership, with the opportunity to handle multiple projects if the collaboration proves successful.
Here is the typical format of the websites we require:
-5-page business website: Home, Services, Projects/Portfolio, About, Contact
-Modern, clean, and effective design (we prioritize clarity and conversion over artistic creativity)
-Fully optimized mobile version
-Integrated quote request/contact form
-Objective: build trust, remain clear and accessible for homeowners, and encourage phone calls. We highlight a reliable contractor rather than a creative design.
-Desired turnaround time: 7 to 14 days
-Maximum of 1 to 2 revision rounds
-Website launch included
-Admin access transferred at the end of the project
