WordPress Site-Build Mentoring

I’m building two WordPress sites—one for a non-profit initiative and another for my AI consulting services—and I’ve reached the point where YouTube videos and blog tutorials just aren’t enough. My vision for structure, pages, and branding is already mapped out; what I’m missing is a steady hand to walk me through the practical steps during the small windows I have free (usually one to two hours a day, any time between 9 am–9 pm).

Here’s where I need your guidance:
• Technical setup that focuses on installing and configuring the right themes and plugins—nothing bloated, just what’s necessary to keep each site lean and performant.
• Content creation coaching so the copy and imagery match the distinct tone of a charity site versus a professional AI consulting presence.
• Design and layout feedback to ensure both sites look polished on desktop and mobile.

I already have hosting and domains in place, so we can dive straight into WordPress. Ideally, we’ll meet via screen-share sessions where you demonstrate actions live, then watch me repeat them until I’m comfortable. By the end, I want to feel confident updating pages, posting articles, and adding new functionality without breaking anything.

Deliverables for you:
1. A clear session schedule that fits my rotating break times.
2. A written checklist of themes, plugins, and design tweaks we’ll cover for each site.
3. Short recap notes or screen recordings after every session so I can revisit steps on my own.
