WordPress Replication of Three Software Sites

I have three existing reference websites that I want reproduced in WordPress:

• Two are one software with multiple pages for PC Software.
• One is a larger catalogue site that functions much like Softonic, listing multiple software titles with search and category filtering.

I will supply the reference URLs and all copy, images, and download links. Your task is to recreate each site so that the design, layout, and user flow match the originals as closely as possible while keeping everything easy for me to maintain inside WordPress.

Key points

– Use WordPress plus any premium page builder or theme framework you recommend; I’m completely open to suggestions.
– Set up a clean, intuitive back-end so I can update software versions, screenshots, and text without touching code.
– Implement solid on-page SEO from the start (titles, meta descriptions, schema where appropriate, friendly URLs, internal linking, XML sitemap). A paid SEO plugin such as Rank Math Pro, Yoast Premium, or similar is expected—let me know your preference.
– Optimise performance with caching, image compression, and lightweight code wherever possible.
– Configure basic security and backup settings.

Deliverables

1. Fully functional WordPress versions of the two single-software sites.
2. A multi-software directory site styled after Softonic, including category pages and a search/filter feature.
3. All necessary premium plugins/themes installed and configured (licence cost will be handled separately).
4. On-page SEO settings applied to every page/post/software entry.
5. A short hand-over guide or screen-share showing me how to add new listings and tweak content.
