WordPress Magazine PDF Upload Management
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I run an online magazine published as an 80-page PDF, released five times a year, and the site is powered by WordPress. I’m looking for ongoing help both maintaining the site and making each new issue available to readers in a polished, user-friendly way.
Your core job is to take the finished PDF I supply, optimise it for the web, upload it, and make it viewable/downloadable through the site. I’ll rely on you to identify, configure and keep up to date the most suitable WordPress plugins—whether that’s a flip-book viewer, a secure download manager, or anything else that ensures smooth navigation on desktop and mobile.
Beyond the magazine uploads, I also need monthly housekeeping: routine WordPress updates, plugin checks, backups and a quick scan for broken links or layout glitches so the site stays fast and secure.
Deliverables for each issue:
• Optimised PDF (compressed but crisp) uploaded to the server
• Plugin settings adjusted so readers can page through or download without errors
• A short summary post with featured image, SEO metadata and working social-share links
• Confirmation that the live page renders correctly on Chrome, Safari, Firefox and mobile browsers
If you have a solid track record with WordPress magazine or brochure sites and can commit to the five-issue schedule plus light maintenance in between, let’s talk.
