WordPress Educational Course Site

I’m building an education-focused WordPress site whose single, must-have feature is the ability to host and manage online courses. The goal is a clean, responsive platform where visitors can browse a catalog, enroll, follow each lesson, and track their progress—nothing more complex than what’s required for an efficient learning experience.

You’ll handle the technical side from the ground up: WordPress installation on my host, theme selection or design, and the full LMS setup. Feel free to recommend the plugin you know best—LearnDash, TutorLMS, LifterLMS or a comparable solution—as long as it supports unlimited courses and straightforward content uploads. I’ll provide brand assets, copy, and the actual course material once the structure is in place.

Key deliverables
• WordPress installed, secured, and updated to the latest version
• LMS plugin configured with one sample course (enrollment → lesson view → completion flow demonstrated)
• Responsive homepage, course catalog, and contact page styled to match brand guidelines
• Basic SEO and security plugins added and tuned
• Handoff guide (document or short screen-recording) so I can publish future courses without extra help

Acceptance criteria: the sample course can be completed end-to-end without errors; pages load in under three seconds on both desktop and mobile; I receive full admin access along with the handoff guide.

Once we agree on the plugin and design direction, we can break the work into milestones and keep everything transparent and manageable.
