WordPress Development & Site Migration

Hello,

I am looking for a person/company to develop and set up a WordPress site in Hostinger, as well as to migrate another existing site to Hostinger.

Development and setup of the new site:
- Theme: a basic and lightweight theme that is easy to customize with code, without heavy page builders.
- Pages: Home · Events · Tickets · About · Contact.
- Events and ticketing: configuration of Tickera, setup of the online ticketing module → online purchase, issuance of an online fiscal receipt, QR code for entry, integration with the mobile check-in app.
- GDPR and legal requirements: cookie banner, privacy policy, completed declaration to the Bulgarian tax authority (НАП).
- Minimal number of plugins and clean structure, so we can extend and edit it ourselves.
- Design: clean, modern, and mobile-friendly.

Migration of the existing site:
- Transfer the site to Hostinger with working forms, emails, and no broken links.
- Optimization: performance (LiteSpeed cache, WebP), SEO settings (sitemap, robots.txt), integration of Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.
