WordPress Crowdfunding Website - Functionality Extension
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Introduction:
Sport for Lives is a Crowdfunding platform built with WordPress:

It uses a Crowdfunding theme called "Krowd" which incorporates the WooCommerce Framework:

Each crowdfunding campaign is setup as a WooCommerce product.
The website is currently live and active with several campaigns completed, and others actively running.
Sport For Lives is currently a South African based NPO, however, it can receive international card payments through Payfast - https://www.payfast.co.za/
Development Functionality Extension Scope:
Currently, people can contribute/donate money towards a campaign. Example here -https://sportforlives.org/campaigns/tries-for-lives-hilton-college-1st-2nd-xi-hockey/
This is great, however, it doesn't capture the organisations' original idea which encourages donors to "Pledge" an amount for every goal scored, or lap run, or Kilometre cycled, or wicket taken, etc. For example, my friend might tell me he will pledge $10 for every goal my team scores this year. At the end of the year, I will tell him how many goals we scored, and he can then donate/pay on my campaign page $10 x goals scored.
So, what we need a development cost for is to:
Add an option for a campaign funder to either "give now" now OR "pledge R________ per try/wicket/goal etc."
If the user selects the option to "pledge R________ per try..." they must enter the amount they want to pledge, first name, last name, phone number and email. Once they submit, they need to receive an automated email confirming what they have pledged with an added message stating that they will be contacted once the campaign is finished to honor their pledge. When viewing the list of pledgers, the campaign manager needs a way to send an email to all people who have pledged which has a button to pay

As mentioned earlier, each campaign is setup as a WooCommerce product which has a category assigned to it.
The category assigned is one of the Sport for Lives Sports codes.
For example, when setting up a campaign, a fundraiser selects from a drop-down:
Goals For Lives
Wickets For Lives
Swim For Lives
Tries For Lives
Cycle For Lives
Etc.
When someone submits their pledge, the campaign manager and the SFL super administrator should receive an email, and it should be added to a table on a new page called “Pledges Made”. This page should be available to the campaign manager/owner and the SFL super admin. Similar to the current donations received page. (See mockup example attached). We would also like to add here that those green blocks with the stats of money given etc be: 1. GIVEN SO FAR (not pledged) 2. PLEDGED PER TRY/GOAL ETC 3. BACKERS (can this number include those who have pledged to give 4. Days left. (See mockup example attached)
Other edits / troubleshooting:
Currently, after a user registers and submits their email address, they receive an email with a password and a link to login. Sometimes, this email goes to the spam folder. After login in, they must again try to navigate to “Add a campaign”. This is not a good and simple user experience. Can we please change this functionality, so that a user can enter a password on this registration page (must include a suggested password feature). Then after registering, they are redirected to the “Add a Campaign” page which is pictured (attached).
Help us figure out how to edit this message after a campaign is created/submitted.? See attached.
When a new fundraiser submits a new fundraising campaign, it goes into a review area before being approved and activated. While it’s in review, we need it to be visible here so that the user can keep editing, and make changes if necessary. See attached. Must also include a preview button/functionality.
