## Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced WordPress freelancer or agency to design and develop a professional, modern, and mobile-friendly corporate website for **AITC**, an FMCG Distribution Company.
This is a corporate website only and does **not** require e-commerce functionality.
## Timeline (Strict)
* First draft/demo: **21 June 2026**
* Final approval: **23 June 2026**
* Website live: **24 June 2026**

## Scope of Work
* Design and develop a professional WordPress website.
* Modern corporate design suitable for an FMCG distribution company.
* Bilingual website (English & Arabic) with RTL support.
* Fully responsive and mobile-friendly across all devices.
* Standard pages including:
* Home
* About Us
* Products / Brands
* Services
* Careers
* Contact Us
* Contact form, Google Maps, social media links, and WhatsApp integration.
* Basic SEO setup and website security configuration.
* Review and enhance provided photos, logos, and visual assets as needed.
* Provide at least two design concepts/mockups before development.
## Existing Assets
* Domain name already registered.
* Company logo and content will be provided.
## Proposal Requirements
Please include:
1. Minimum 3 relevant website samples.
2. Links to live websites you have developed.
3. Your role in each project (design, development, or both).
4. Fixed-price quotation.
5. Estimated timeline.
6. Confirmation that you can meet the required deadlines.
## Important Notes
* Mobile-friendly design is mandatory.
* Previous work samples are mandatory.
* Proposals without portfolio examples will not be considered.
* Preference will be given to freelancers with experience in bilingual English/Arabic corporate websites.
* Minor graphic design and image enhancement may be required.
