WordPress CLS Fix for Core Web Vitals

I need an experienced WordPress developer to fix Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) issues on my site so it can pass Core Web Vitals. I have already optimized our site fully and it is currently scoring really good on google page speed and it also pass core web vitals on mobile but it fails on desktop what I feel it is because of CLS as it shows on reports. I need only highly skilled WordPress developer who just not install plugin but have real experience. Please provide examples of previous work related to improving Core Web Vitals, specifically regarding CLS.
