WordPress CAPTCHA on page with all steps done on text file

I need a CAPTCHA added to my WordPress site using a custom solution, similar to the one described in the CapMonster guide.

Requirements:
- Integration of a text-based CAPTCHA (like the Simple Slider) or a similar custom CAPTCHA.
- The CAPTCHA should be placed on a specific location on the site (to be discussed).
