I need a complete WordPress build that will serve as the online home for my business. The site has to look polished, load quickly, and render perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops. Because I have not settled on a theme yet, please be ready to recommend options—or craft a lightweight custom design—so long as the final result is easy for me to update through the WordPress admin area.
Core scope
• Set up WordPress on my hosting account (or migrate an existing install if that is more efficient).
• Guide theme selection or provide a custom child-theme if necessary.
• Design and build the key pages: Home, About, Services, Contact (with spam-protected form), plus any additional page templates we identify during planning.
• Configure essential plugins for caching, security, backups, and on-page SEO.
• Integrate Google Analytics and set up basic search-console verification.
• Optimise images and apply best-practice performance tweaks so pages score well on Lighthouse.
Acceptance criteria
• Every page is responsive and passes a mobile-friendly test.
• All links, buttons, and forms function correctly.
• Page-speed insights show green scores for both mobile and desktop.
• I receive clear hand-over notes or a short walkthrough video on how to add/edit content.
