WordPress Bridal Dres Website with Catalog Build

I need a brand–new WordPress site that feels elegant and intuitive. The build should include:

• A dynamic homepage featuring a looping product-showcase video that plays smoothly on both desktop and mobile.
• An About Us page focused on our company history, written so visitors immediately sense our heritage in bridal fashion.
• A dress catalog organized strictly by dress type. Each category should open into its own masonry gallery, loading quickly and displaying high-resolution images.
• A floating “Contact / Book Appointment” button fixed to the viewport on every page, linking to our preferred WhatsApp number and a simple enquiry form.
