WooCommerce-to-Shopify Migration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hello-
Currently, our Wordpress website, legacycoalition.com, includes a WooCommerce webstore.
We need a complete migration of our current WooCommerce store to a brand new Shopify store.
The look/appearance of the new Shopify store must exactly duplicate the appearance/font/colors/layout so that the new Shopify store looks exactly like the current WooCommerce store, and is integrated back into our Wordpress website, too.
We will supply you with a 'style guide' for fonts/colors/formatting we require, but you can see how it looks on our current WooCommerce store.
Our current WooCommerce store contains about 95 products, of which about 1/3 are physical products, about 2/3 are digital downloads.
We need migration of products (physical and digital), sales data, customer data, coupons, etc., as is typical for a complete store migration.
Our main Wordpress website is legacycoalition.com
Our WooCommerce store is: store.legacycoalition.com
You can study our site navigation from our home page by clicking the 'Store' tab
Important: We need all Shopify product links to be the same as the current WooCommerce product links, such as https://store.legacycoalition.com/product/grandparenting-bookmark/ , so that we don't have to update links embedded within our main website that include mentions of the various products in our store.
Please review the navigation of our Wordpress site and the WooCommerce integration for the products, both physical and digital products.
Note: We have not yet opened an account with Shopify. We suggest a Shopify BASIC plan will suffice for our purposes.
We need this new Shopify store completed and ready to begin integration into our new fulifllment/warehouse provider system by May 31, 2026.
Our most important issues are that the look/appearance should be the same, and all product links should be the same.
Please quote for your services to complete this project. We are ready to start as soon as we receive an excellent quote.
Thank you,
Dwight

I’m ready to move my entire WooCommerce store—both the physical and digital product lines—over to Shopify. All catalog data, customer accounts, order history, imagery, download files, shipping settings, and tax rules need to make the jump smoothly so the new storefront can go live without downtime.
I don’t rely on any custom checkout flows, proprietary filters, or membership plugins on WooCommerce, so there’s nothing special that has to be rebuilt in Shopify. A clean, accurate import of every product (including variants and digital file attachments) and their SEO-relevant attributes is what matters most to me.
Please handle:
• Full data migration: products, collections, customers, orders, coupons, reviews
• Image and file integrity checks for both physical inventory and digital downloads
• URL redirects and meta-data carry-over to preserve search rankings
• Basic theme setup that mirrors my current branding closely enough for a seamless customer experience
Once the migration is complete, I’ll test the new Shopify store end-to-end. If everything matches my live WooCommerce site in content, functionality, and order flow, the project is done and I’ll schedule the DNS switch.
