Wix Velo Developer for Member Discount

I need a Wix Velo developer to implement a member discount on our Wix Stores online shop.
Requirements:
- Automatically apply a 5% discount to all products in the Hot Picks collection for active members, identified via Wix Pricing Plans.
- Discount should be visible both on the product page and in the cart.
- Ensure that non-members see the normal prices.
- System must integrate smoothly with checkout and existing Wix Stores functionality.
- Future scalability for additional collections or products with similar discounts.
