Wholesale QR Invoice Billing System

I run a clothing-focused wholesale business and need a responsive web application that streamlines day-to-day billing from product entry all the way to invoice dispatch.

Core workflow
• An admin panel lets me create, edit, or deactivate products while capturing price, discount, and any extra charges.
• At checkout I select items, quantities, and discounts; the system instantly produces a branded invoice that carries a QR code for quick verification or payment.
• The completed invoice can be downloaded as PDF, printed directly, and—crucially—shared to customers through WhatsApp with a single click.

Tracking & analytics
Every invoice is stored in an archive where I can filter by day, month, or custom date range. A summary view should total revenue, number of invoices, average order value, and top-selling items so I can monitor performance without exporting data elsewhere.

Device & tech expectations
The interface must be fully responsive so staff can use it comfortably on phones, tablets, or desktops on the warehouse floor. Feel free to pick the stack you’re most efficient with (Laravel, Node, Django, or equivalent) as long as:
• data sit in a structured relational database,
• invoices render fast in the browser and as PDF,
• the WhatsApp integration is seamless and does not violate their API terms.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a private repo with clear setup instructions
2. SQL schema (or migrations) and seed data for sample products
3. Deployment guide for a standard Linux VPS
4. One round of post-launch tweaks for bug fixes discovered in the first week

Acceptance criteria
• A test invoice shows its QR code, opens in a new browser tab as PDF, and is delivered to a provided WhatsApp number.
• Searching “last month” instantly returns accurate totals matching the sample data.

This project is self-contained; once I have the system running live and the documentation in place, the contract is complete.
