White-label Web & Automation Services Needed

I run a service that sells website builds + automations. I need an Australian agency (not solo freelancers) to deliver client work white-label (you stay invisible). This is ongoing work at 10–20 client projects per month. Each job is quoted and paid through Freelancer milestones.

What you’ll do (scope varies per client)
You must be able to handle any common website + automation stack, including (but not limited to):

Websites: Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, custom builds, landing pages, CRO fixes

Automations: Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, CRMs, email/SMS follow-up, Stripe payments/deposits, booking systems, webhooks/APIs, lead capture, review requests, reporting

Typical builds include: lead → CRM → follow-up sequence → booking/deposit → review engine → handover documentation

Non-negotiables (must follow every time)

Agency only (AU-based business)

White-label: no direct client contact, no branding, no portfolio mentions

Documentation + handover for every project

Loom walkthrough for every delivery

Error handling + monitoring for automations

Clean build standards (naming, comments, logical structure, backups)

Fast comms and reliable deadlines

All payments through Freelancer milestones only

Pricing
I’m cost-sensitive. I want agencies that can deliver good quality at competitive pricing.
Each client job will be scoped and you provide a fixed price quote + delivery timeline before starting.

Ongoing volume
Target is 10–20 projects per month once we’re rolling. Some will be small tasks, some full builds.
