Website with AI Blog & Forum

I’m launching a new site that combines the usual informational pages with two key features: an AI-powered blog and a community forum. The public-facing structure should include a clean Home page, concise About Us and Contact Us sections, plus a dedicated Affiliate Links page for monetisation. The website is for people to ask for referrals for Specialists in Spain. People can enter their email, have a drop down box of specialists lawyers, tax specialists, accountants, surveyors, health insurance, car insurance, estate agents, alarm companies, currency brokers, mortgage brokers. then there should a drop down box for the area of Spain where they require help.

For the blog, I need an AI layer that serves personalised content recommendations to readers as they browse. I still want full editorial control—so a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or a comparable stack you’re comfortable with) must let me add or edit articles manually while the recommendation engine surfaces relevant posts automatically.

The forum will revolve around classic discussion threads. Users should be able to register, start topics, reply, and search conversations easily. Moderation tools—flagging, user management, and spam control—should be accessible from the same admin dashboard that powers the blog.

I’d like the entire site to be mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-ready out of the box. Please deploy the final build to my hosting account, hand over all source files, and provide a short guide so I can manage content and affiliates on my own.
