Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like a website created where customers can join membership by entering their personal information and then sign in to view the status of their membership. A customer should have the option to create one login; then add multiple family members to that login. This will be as phase 1
As Phase 2 - they will need to make a one off payment of $100 to a specific bank account. So Payment Gateway will be required.
Initially we have close to 500 members that we need to upload to the website. Due to privacy issue I cannot provide you those details; therefore I would like you to create a mock-up data with the following details:
