Website: WordPress Design Refinement & CRM Integration (Institutional Website)

Seeking WordPress developer to make minor refinements (97% of work is styling font sizes, line breaks, CAPS, and other 3% - very few elements to design (re-design), such as "Notice: box that repeats on few pages, the webform, and 2 menu buttons, text alignment, etc, very minor copy revisions, prepare CTA buttons for CRM integration, and add Spanish language copy (will provide) for each page, all for an institutional environmental website.

The website is already live and built in WordPress.

This is NOT a redesign. This is a refinement and technical integration project and can be completed in 1-3 days.

Design & Layout Refinements
We have prepared a detailed correction list including:
• Typography corrections (bold, centered, spacing)
• Section alignment adjustments
• Header and announcement box styling
• Replacement of one image
• Consistent formatting across pages
• Minor CSS refinements
• Visual consistency between desktop and mobile
All changes will be provided in a structured checklist.
No rebranding.
No theme replacement.
No redesign proposals.

CRM Integration
CTA buttons and contact forms must be connected to a CRM system.
Tasks include:
• Install and configure appropriate WordPress form plugin (if needed)
• Connect forms to CRM (likely HubSpot or similar)
• Map form fields properly
• Ensure secure submission
• Enable email notifications
• Confirm proper data capture
• Add click-to-call functionality for phone buttons
CRM platform details will be provided after selection.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Developer must be comfortable with:
• WordPress theme customization
• CSS refinements
• Page builders (Elementor / WPBakery / Gutenberg — specify which one you use)
• Form plugin configuration
• CRM API or embed integration
No theme rebuild.

Clean, controlled implementation only.
