Website Upgrade for Enhanced Email Notifications

Looking for a web developer to upgrade an existing website.
Currently, when a customer places an order, the site sends a WhatsApp notification. I need to add:

An email to the customer with an order summary (items, total price, shipping/pickup details).

An email to me (the business owner) with a notification of the new order and all order details.

I already have the full site files in a ZIP package.
The solution should use proper HTML email templates and secure sending (SMTP or transactional service like SendGrid/Mailgun).

Please include relevant experience, estimated delivery time, and warranty period.
