Website Revision & Enhancement

I have a WordPress website that needs some modifications. The previous UI needs to be adjusted in some aspects. The task is quite simple overall. I just need to delete some content from my current pages, replace some images and videos, and make modifications to the product detail pages.
For these changes, I have compiled relevant documents. The first stage of the project will take 3-4 hours.
After completion, I need to create a fully functional dashboard. Since we have another website developed with WordPress as well, the WordPress dashboard is really difficult to use. I need to customize and develop a new dashboard to use. This dashboard has login permissions and can be associated with my other WP website. For example, I can send coupons to designated users, manage the work order system, view all orders of the website, etc. I haven't decided yet which framework to use for this dashboard or whether to use WordPress for development. I'm not sure. The UI of the dashboard requires that the developer has a ready-made template to use. I don't want to waste time on the UI layout. Therefore, you need to have a mature dashboard template.
Requirements for developers: Must have an in-depth understanding of backend development. Ideally, should be a full-stack developer with at least 6 years of development experience. Those with experience in developing CRM systems will be given priority.There might be a need for overtime work this weekend.
