I need the full set of features from an existing site recreated in a brand-new code base. The goal is to mirror how the site works—its flows, interactions, and back-end behaviour—while leaving design, layout, and original content out of scope. Once I share the URL you’ll audit each feature, document it briefly, then develop an equivalent solution with clean, well-structured code that I can scale and restyle later.

To keep the hand-off smooth I’d like:
• a runnable project (front- and back-end) with clear install instructions
• a concise README covering tech stack, database schema, and any API keys or environment variables
• notes on any third-party libraries or services used, plus test data so I can verify everything locally
