I’m refreshing my current site with a focus on adding new functionality rather than just tweaking the visuals. The immediate scope covers several areas:

All pages must be fully responsive, fast-loading, and easy for me to maintain inside the existing stack (WordPress / PHP / HTML-CSS-JS). Deliver clean, well-commented code, outline the plugins or lightweight custom modules you plan to use, and provide a concise timeline with milestones for mock-ups, build, and hand-over. Final acceptance hinges on smooth integration, cross-browser performance, and the simplicity of updating content from the admin area.
