I’m planning a brand-new website and I’m starting with a blank slate—no template, no content structure, and no pre-selected platform. What I need now is a developer who can help me shape the vision, choose the right tech stack (WordPress, Webflow, a React/Vue front end, or any solution you feel best suits the project), and then bring it to life with clean code and modern design sensibilities.

Because the site’s exact purpose is still flexible—think portfolio, blog, or even a light e-commerce catalog—I’m looking for someone comfortable guiding that early discovery phase. You should be ready to talk through layout ideas, content flow, branding considerations, and how we’ll keep everything responsive for mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Once we decide on scope, I’ll expect:
