We need a skilled web developer/designer to create a professional website for a new Norwegian service offering design and digital solutions. Customers in Norway will order services (logo design, branding, WordPress/Shopify websites, SEO, 3D modeling/CAD). Work is outsourced to our international team, but the site must look local, trustworthy, and professional.

(Only independent, no agencies - only paid by the hour, no fixed price)

Requirements:
- Modern, responsive site (WordPress/Shopify/Webflow – open to suggestions)
- Clean Scandinavian design, professional color palette
- Service catalog with clear descriptions
- Order/contact forms + pricing packages or “Request a Quote”
- Multi-device optimization & fast loading speed
- SEO-friendly structure
- Email integration (orders, inquiries)
- Payment integration
