Website Customization for Shipping and Payment Pages

I need two new pages added to my website:

1. Shipping Methods Page
- Display local delivery options (provided list).
- Users select preferred method via checkboxes.

2. Bank Transfer Payment Page
- Show my RIB/IBAN bank details.
- Users upload payment proof screenshots.
- Link uploads to orders for admin review.
- Include space for additional transfer instructions (to be provided).
