Website & Android Utility Development

I need a complete website built first, followed by a lightweight Android utility app that complements the site’s core features. The site will serve as the public-facing hub, while the app will handle on-the-go tasks that users might prefer outside a browser.

For the website, bring responsive front-end skills and a solid back-end framework of your choice; speed, clean code, and scalability matter most to me. Once the site’s foundation is stable, we will move on to the Android build. The mobile component is a pure utility tool—simple, fast, and focused on one primary function—so lean architecture and a minimal footprint are key.
