Overview
We are launching a new product available exclusively to verified professionals. We require a secure, lightweight web portal where approved users can register, log in, place orders, and access downloadable resources.
This is not a public-facing or eCommerce site. It is a private, access-controlled portal built for functionality, speed, and ease of use, with minimal overhead.

Design Note
• No unnecessary animations, clutter, or marketing-style design
• Final branding elements and page content (logo, colours, text) will be provided during development
2. Registration Page – “Request Access”
Form
• Lightweight form — can be Google Form or custom-built
• Must include:
– Organisation/Business Name
– Trading Name (if applicable)
– Business Address
– Contact Name & Role
– Contact Email
– Phone Number
– Licence/Certification ID
– File upload (PDF only)
– Checkbox: “I confirm this organisation is authorised to access restricted products.”
– Submit button
Functionality
• Form submission sends email to admin
• Responses optionally logged in a Google Sheet or other trackable source
• Admin manually verifies and approves access
3. Thank You Page
Text: “Thank you for submitting your access request. We’ll review your details and respond within 1–2 business days.”
4. Login Page
• Basic login with “Forgot Password” option
• Access restricted to approved users
