Webpage UX & Backend Revamp
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My current site works, but the experience feels dated and clunky. I need a full overhaul that touches design layout, the user interface, and the underlying backend so visitors enjoy a smoother journey from the moment they land.
What matters most to me is user experience. That means smarter navigation and menus, clearer content presentation, and interactive elements that feel helpful—not gimmicky.
Design & UI
• Craft a modern, responsive layout that stays on-brand.
• Re-structure menus and navigation so information is reachable in fewer clicks.
• Polish typography, spacing, images, and micro-interactions to guide users naturally.
Backend Functionality
• Refactor or rebuild existing logic that powers forms, dynamic content, and user accounts.
• Speed and security come first: sanitised inputs, HTTPS everywhere, and dependency updates.
• I’m on a PHP/Laravel stack now, yet open to Node or Python if it clearly improves performance.
Deliverables
1. High-fidelity page mock-ups (Figma or similar).
2. Production-ready front-end code—HTML5, CSS3/Sass, JavaScript or the framework you propose—fully responsive.
3. Clean, well-documented backend code with deployment instructions.
4. Quick hand-over session or video walkthrough showing how to update content.
Acceptance Criteria
• Lighthouse performance and accessibility scores of 90+ on both desktop and mobile.
• No console errors; all interactive elements function flawlessly across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
• Navigation, content presentation, and interactive features meet the mock-ups without regressions.
Share two or three relevant projects, note your preferred tech stack, and outline your timeline. I’m ready to move forward as soon as we settle scope and milestones.
