I need an experienced developer to migrate my existing Webflow website to WordPress.

The job must be completed from A to Z with no loss of SEO, structure, or performance.

Scope is a full replication of the website “as is”.

Key Requirements

• Full website migration from Webflow to WordPress
• Keep identical sitemap, URLs, and page structure
• No broken links, no redirects unless required
• Maintain all SEO elements exactly as current site

Technical Requirements

You must ensure all the following are carried over correctly:

• URL structure, slugs, and internal linking
• XML sitemap and robots.txt
• Canonical tags
• Open Graph tags
• JSON-LD structured data including LocalBusiness, FAQ, Article
• Meta titles and meta descriptions
• Heading structure H1, H2, H3
• Image alt text and file naming
• Page speed optimisation and Core Web Vitals
• Mobile responsiveness identical to current design

Design Requirements

• Exact same design, layout, and user experience
• Same fonts, spacing, colours, and sections
• No redesign unless approved

CMS Requirements

• Easy-to-manage backend using WordPress
• Blog and service pages must be editable
• Use lightweight theme or custom build, avoid heavy builders unless approved

SEO Protection

This is critical.

• No ranking drop after migration
• No change to indexed pages
• Preserve Google indexing and authority
• Proper testing before go-live

Testing & Delivery say 2/3 weeks max.

Before launch, you must:

• Provide staging site for review
