Web developer needed with Astro Technical SEO knowledge

We are building a new website for construction company. This is not a full redesign.

The website has already been partially built by a previous developer in Astro, but the project is not launch-ready. We need an experienced Astro / technical SEO developer to take over the existing repo, clean it up, complete the missing pages, fix SEO/technical issues, and prepare the website for launch.

This is not a full redesign project.
The design foundation and some pages already exist.

The previous developer has completed part of the foundation, including:

Astro project setup
Basic homepage layout

Contact page
Gallery page
Interior painting page
Exterior painting page
House painting cost page
Basic cost calculator
Contact form
Basic navigation
Some schema implementation
Cloudflare-related setup
Some image/component structure

Astro

Static/prerendered SEO pages


page authority:
Brand/conversion pages, 4 page
Core service pages, 6 pages
authority pages: 3 pages
Initial GEO pages: 5 pages

2. ix Astro Static / Prerender Rules:

The project may use output: server because of Astro Actions and Cloudflare. That is acceptable only if all important SEO/ranking pages are explicitly prerendered.
all ranking page must be: export const prerender = true;
The final result must allow Google to see full HTML content, links, metadata, schema and canonicals without depending on client-side rendering.


3. Fix Navigation

The current navigation is too React-dependent.
We need the main navigation links to be visible in the initial HTML. All important internal links must use normal crawlable HTML


4. Fix Internal Linking / Golden Loop

The website must follow this internal linking structure:
Homepage → Service Page → Suburb Page → Project Page if real → Cost Page → Quote CTA

no broken internal links
