Web AI Video Story Creator

I’m building a web-based app that lets me drop myself into short, animated stories alongside other characters, all without touching complex editing tools. The end result should be a smooth, browser-run experience where I can:

• Upload or live-capture my likeness, then fine-tune facial features, body type, clothing, accessories and basic animations.
• Pick or upload backgrounds, swap them on the fly, and watch lighting automatically match the scene.
• Arrange multiple characters (my avatar plus any others I design) and write or record simple dialogue that the system lip-syncs convincingly.

High-quality visuals and an intuitive, drag-and-drop interface are essential; if a complete production suite isn’t feasible right away, a polished MVP that achieves those three core functions is fine.

Tech is up to you—popular stacks like React + Three.js, WebGL, or any proven Web-GPU pipeline are welcome as long as performance stays snappy in modern browsers. AI components (e.g. face mapping, motion retargeting, text-to-speech) can lean on existing services, but please keep licensing in mind.

I’d like to see:

3. A quick start guide so non-technical users can create a scene within minutes.
