Web Vehicle Claim Entry
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need a web-based system that lets our customers file 2- and 4-wheeler insurance claims online and gives our internal team the tools to process them efficiently. The platform must cover accident, theft, and natural-disaster incidents from start to finish.
Core flow
• Customer logs in, completes a guided form, uploads photos and documents, then tracks the claim status in real time.
• Claims Processor reviews submissions, asks for clarifications if needed, approves or rejects items, and records assessments and payouts.
• Admin oversees user management, sets permission levels, edits claim categories, and pulls audit or performance reports.
Please build the full stack (database, back-end API, and responsive front-end). I’m flexible on the tech you prefer—Laravel, Django, Node + React, or similar—as long as it is well-structured, secure, and easy to maintain. RESTful endpoints, role-based access control, basic analytics, and clear documentation are expected.
Deliverables
- Source code in a Git repo with commit history
- Database schema and seed data
- Deployment script or Docker setup
- README explaining installation, environment variables, and a brief user guide
- Short hand-off call or recorded demo once the site is live on our server
I will test by creating sample accident, theft, and natural-disaster claims under each role to confirm that data validation, file uploads, status transitions, and role permissions all work flawlessly.
