Web Time Tracker Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to offer freelancers a browser-only Time Tracker so no one has to install a desktop app again. The early webapp is already live, but I need it refined, expanded, and given a Classic look—think clear menus, familiar typography, and a traditional colour palette rather than a minimalist or ultra-modern style.
Key objectives
• Start/stop timer that runs entirely in the browser and syncs with our existing backend
• Real-time storage of hours with an on-screen daily/weekly summary
• Option to add or adjust time manually for missed entries
• Responsive layout that feels native on desktop first, yet still works smoothly on tablets and mobiles
• Clean, well-documented code (React, Vue, or vanilla JS—your choice) ready for hand-off
Manual time entry, automated tracking, and detailed reporting are all on the roadmap, so experience delivering those features is a plus.
Feel free to see how we communicate internally via this invite link: https://app.camfan.chat/#/download?lang=vi&code=u5AJc8&appName=com.client.goparty
When you reply, please outline:
1. Your preferred front-end framework for a Classic interface and why.
2. How you would keep time-tracking accurate if the browser tab loses focus.
3. A brief timeline for polishing and extending the current build.
I’m excited to work together on a seamless, download-free tracking experience.
