Web Taxi Booking Platform
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a full-featured web application that allows riders to book taxis, lets drivers receive and manage those bookings in real time, and gives me an admin panel to oversee everything. The core of the job is to deliver a clean, responsive interface that works smoothly on any modern browser and scales well as traffic grows.
For clarity, here are the must-have modules the finished build should include:
• Booking system – customers pick pickup/drop-off, see fare estimates, and confirm in a few clicks.
• Driver tracking – live map view so riders watch their car approach and the admin can monitor the fleet.
• Payment integration – secure processing for cards and popular digital wallets, with automatic receipts.
I’m happy to discuss the stack, but something widely supported such as Node.js or Django on the back end, a REST or GraphQL API layer, and a modern JavaScript front end (React, Vue, or similar) makes sense. Real-time updates via WebSockets or similar tech will be required for tracking.
Deliverables should include the complete, well-documented source code, a working demo on your server before hand-off, and a short hand-over session so I can deploy to my own host. Clean, readable code and thoughtful database design are more important to me than rushing every extra feature; once the three core modules are rock-solid, we can iterate on extras together.
