Web Social Platform Enhancement

I run an existing social platform that currently lives solely on the web. I’m ready to push it forward and am looking for a developer-designer who can take full ownership of the next round of improvements.
Here’s the situation: the codebase is live and stable, but I know it can look sharper, feel smoother and do more. I’m open to a mix of UI tweaks, UX refinements, fresh feature development and the inevitable bug squashing that bubbles up along the way. Because the product is web-only right now, responsiveness across desktop and mobile browsers is critical, yet I’d like any solution to keep the door open for future iOS and Android expansion.
What I need from you:
• A clear proposal outlining which upgrades you recommend tackling first and why.
• Clean, well-commented code (React, Vue, Angular or a comparable modern stack will fit right in).
• Assets or style guides for any visual changes you introduce.
